We want you to be happy! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it and we will refund you.
We accept returns when you notify us within 3 days of delivery. The item has to have not been worn or washed.
There are 2 return options:
Refund back to payment method: We send you a return label and shipping cost
($3.88) is deducted from the refund amount.
Store Credit: We send you a free return label and the shipping fee will not be deducted from the credit.
Please use our returns page for all returns.
**INTERNATIONAL ORDERS need to email firstname.lastname@example.org to process a return. Once approved, the customer is responsible to ship it back at their own cost, we can't supply a return label for international orders.
We do not currently offer exchanges
If you want a different item, send back your order for a refund or store credit, and place a new order.
** Sale Items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
*** Once an order is placed, it is usually not possible to cancel it. If we are able to cancel it before it ships out, there will be a 5% cancellation charge.
